I completed the Blindly Obvious quest with Triss and after that the Soldier Statuette quest popped up but to my surprise the Nobleman figurine quest that I completed long ago also popped up again.

Triss left and I only saw her again by the end of the game. When I was able to talk to her again (after I finished her part of the final preparations quest) the nobleman statuette became active again on my quest list for some reason, even though I had already completed it. The soldier statuette also became active.
